Company Description It all started in sunny San Diego, California in 2004 when a visionary engineer, Fred Luddy, saw the potential to transform how we work. Fast forward to today — ServiceNow stands as a global market leader, bringing innovative AI-enhanced technology to over 8,100 customers, including 85% of the Fortune 500®. Our intelligent cloud-based platform seamlessly connects people, systems, and processes to empower organizations to find smarter, faster, and better ways to work. But this is just the beginning of our journey. Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone. Job Description What you get to do in this role: Want to define how AI reshapes the end-to-end marketing lifecycle and turns strategy into durable operating leverage? This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and enterprise AI execution. You will own the strategic spine that connects AI ambition to real productivity, portfolio coherence, and measurable growth. As AI Product Portfolio Director, you will define a singular vision for how AI is deployed across marketing, translate that vision into an actionable MarTech and agentic roadmap, and ensure investments compound rather than fragment. This is not an experimentation role. It is a Product Management role with accountability for outcomes. You will work across Global Marketing, Technology, and external partners to ensure AI capabilities align to ServiceNow’s platform, product direction, and enterprise standards. Success is measured by adoption, efficiency gains, and the organization’s rising AI fluency, not by pilots shipped. Key Responsibilities: - Own the AI MarTech and agentic roadmap, prioritizing capabilities that eliminate redundant workflows, increase speed to market, and improve decision quality. - Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendor offerings to determine strategic fit, scalability, and integration within ServiceNow’s marketing and enterprise technology environment. - Identify, design, and scale agentic and multi-agent use cases that replace manual processes with durable, governed automation. - Develop and deliver the executive narrative that aligns AI strategy, investment, and operating impact, enabling leadership to make clear tradeoffs and funding decisions. - Drive AI proficiency across the marketing organization by shaping enablement strategies, learning paths, and practical adoption models that move teams from curiosity to competence. - Partner with AI, security, legal, and data leaders to ensure responsible deployment, governance alignment, and long-term scalability. - Track and demonstrate value creation, ensuring AI investments deliver measurable productivity gains and strategic leverage, not isolated wins. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: - Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. - 12+ years of experience across Product Management, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Operations, Transformation, or Product-led Growth, with demonstrated leadership in AI-driven initiatives and demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives. - Proven experience evaluating and deploying AI tools, platforms, and workflows across a marketing ecosystem, with accountability for outcomes. - Proven ability to assess and rationalize complex MarTech and AI ecosystems, translating strategy into clear roadmaps and execution priorities. - Deep understanding of AI agents, LLMs, generative AI, and agentic workflows, with a practical bias toward business and operational impact. - Experience building executive-level narratives that connect AI investment to business performance, efficiency, and growth. - Strong cross-functional leader who can align product, marketing, technology, and vendors around a single strategic direction. - Comfort operating in ambiguity while driving toward clarity, focus, and outcomes at scale. - Clear, credible communicator with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholders. JV20 For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $173,200 - $238,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
