Full-Time | $15 per hour | Immediate Hiring | Training Starts Monday We are urgently hiring Remote Customer Service Specialists to join a growing support team assisting customers across the United States. This is a permanent, full-time remote opportunity for candidates who are dependable, tech-comfortable, and ready to move quickly through the hiring process. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email - Provide timely and professional issue resolution - Accurately document customer interactions - Identify recurring concerns and escalate when required - Maintain a positive and solution-focused customer experience - Participate in training sessions and team meetings These responsibilities reflect core customer support expectations such as tracking customer input and contributing to service quality improvements.
