A Day in the Life of the The Product Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of telecommunications products and services, including broadband, wireless, voice, and value-added solutions. This role drives market positioning, value proposition development, and go‑to‑market planning while partnering cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, IT, and Billing to ensure organizational readiness and seamless delivery. The Product Manager identifies new product and service opportunities, monitors competitive and market dynamics, and supports revenue growth through targeted segmentation, upsell and cross‑sell initiatives, and performance analysis across key metrics such as gross adds, ARPU, churn, and attach rates. - Execute product strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives. - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of telecom products (concept, launch, growth, optimization, sunset). - Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target segments. - Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature enhancements. - Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns, sales collateral, digital content, and training materials. - Identify opportunities for new services (e.g., fiber expansion, 5G solutions, IoT, managed services). - Coordinate with Operations to ensure readiness for product launches. - Partner with Customer Care to improve onboarding and support processes. - Collaborate with IT and billing teams for system integration and provisioning. - Track competitive offerings and market pricing dynamics. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer base. - Monitor performance metrics (gross adds, ARPU, churn, attach rates). - Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table: - 4–7 years in telecom or subscription product management. - Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle - from concept and development through launch, optimization, and sunset. - Experience launching and managing revenue-generating products. - Experience in B2B telecom solutions and knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in telecommunications is preferred. - Experience identifying and evaluating new product opportunities such as fiber expansion, wireless solutions, IoT, or managed services. - Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions. - Demonstrated experience in product marketing and go-to-market execution. - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies. - Proficiency in developing product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to specific customer segments. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non‑technical teams. - Strong project management capabilities, including coordinating cross‑functional readiness for product launches.
