• Lead three Agile development teams building and refining our Windows Privilege Management platform, ensuring clear prioritization and purposeful delivery. • Create and communicate an inspiring product vision, connecting strategy to execution. • Take broad ideas from inception through discovery and solution, defining the problem space collaboratively, working with multi-disciplinary teams to explore and shape possible solutions, and creating an incremental backlog to deliver value iteratively. • Own and refine value-led backlogs, balancing innovation, technical excellence, and customer impact. • Run Scrum ceremonies and drive collaborative workshops that keep teams aligned, motivated, and delivering great outcomes. • Partner closely with engineering, UX, product management, and other Product Owners, ensuring a cohesive vision across the Endpoint Privilege Management suite. • Engage internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, and maintain transparency on commitments and progress. • Maintain a 3–6 month roadmap with varying granularity — ensuring immediate clarity and long-term direction. • Support the teams’ pursuit of engineering excellence and product quality, fostering continuous improvement and customer trust.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in a business, IT-related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in a software development environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a software development environment.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, particularly Scrum, and know how to balance delivery pressure with sustainable pace.
  • Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging with technical teams, customers, and senior stakeholders alike.
  • Analytical, decisive, and organized — able to weigh trade-offs and make priority calls confidently.
  • Nice To Have: Experience in endpoint security, privilege management, or Windows systems

Qualifications Must Have - 12+ years of product management experience in infrastructure, data platforms, storage, HPC environments, or cloud services. - Proven track record of delivering production features at scale, from definition through launch and iteration. - Demonstrated ability to write concise PRDs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable success metrics. - Experience working closely with sales teams, solutions architects, and customers on proof-of-concepts, roadmap discussions, and product escalations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
