The Role The Concierge - Active Trading Lead will be tasked with servicing Public’s most active Concierge Members. You will be the main point of contact for active traders across multiple asset classes, including but not limited to equities, options, and crypto. What You’ll Do - Own relationships with a portfolio of Public’s most active and sophisticated traders, delivering a white-glove, high-touch experience - Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor, helping members navigate equities, options, crypto, and emerging product offerings - Drive retention, engagement, and growth within the Concierge segment through proactive outreach and relationship building - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to advocate for member needs and influence platform improvements - Identify and execute on business development opportunities, expanding wallet share and deepening member engagement - Act as an internal expert on active trader behavior, helping shape product strategy and go-to-market initiatives Who You Are - Highly independent problem solver who enjoys working through complex problems and servicing unique member needs. - Agile learner and thinker, able to learn and synthesize new product offerings and processes to deliver white glove service solutions to members. - Functional leader that is able to serve as a knowledgeable resource to peers and members alike. Experience - 5+ years experience working in either a trading or wealth management organization. - Series 7, Series 63/66, and Series 4 (or ability to attain). - Experience with advanced single and multi-leg options trading, margin trading, crypto trading, and/or API trading. - Experience working within regulatory compliance constraints to deliver business outcomes. - Experience working cross functionally with internal partners to continuously improve user experience. Role Description Brooks Instrument is seeking candidates for a Regional Sales Manager position that will be based out of their home office in the greater metro areas in Minnesota. This position will be remote and will report to the Americas Sales Director at the Hatfield, PA headquarters facility. The position will cover Northern Central & Western US, plus Canada. Basic Function: - Manage and drive revenue growth initiatives with Northern channel partners, direct key accounts, and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Direct sales efforts in accordance with the Company’s objectives, strategies, and priorities. - Enforce professional sales standards and practices throughout the regional sales force. - Manage the Northern representative channel partners including forecasting, establishment of sales goals, and pipeline management. - Ensure that Northern representative personnel are fully trained on the Company’s products and market verticals. - Provide sales support and training materials to enhance effectiveness of all selling activities. - Grow assigned key account and OEM sales by executing business strategies and initiatives. - Develop deep and long-standing relationships with customers and their subsidiary and/or affiliated organizations. - Visit key OEM accounts and channel partners to facilitate product training and conduct technical evaluations. - Create and maintain master supply agreements and pricing contracts for key accounts and OEMs. - Work closely with global sales and order processing teams to ensure quotes and purchase orders are in accordance with contract terms. - Track and generate structured reports highlighting performance against planned targets. - Support Brooks EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects team by managing all pre-sale activities. - Provide strategic support for future business development opportunities at channel partners and specified accounts. - Pursue and track leads directly and with Northern representatives. - Work with the Business Development team to understand market strategies. - Manage and update accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities funnel in the Salesforce CRM tool. - Maintain competitor and market awareness while keeping internal key Brooks personnel apprised of significant trends. - Attend trade exhibits and industry forums as required. - Up to 50% travel in U.S. & Canada required. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a business and/or technical field of study strongly preferred. - 8+ years of related sales or account management experience supporting industrial markets is required. - Experience in process control or instrumentation fields is highly desirable. - PC knowledge to include proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office software platforms. - Knowledge and understanding of industrial systems and processes. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while maintaining a professional sales standard and practice. - ERP system knowledge, CRM knowledge, Salesforce experience strongly preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft EXCEL and WORD applications and contact management software. - History of driving results by managing using sales process, such as a sales “funnel” or “pipeline” process (e.g. funnel management). - Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds at a time. Requirements - The base compensation range for this position is $65,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
