Divisional Director, Client Sourcing

Role Description The Divisional Director, Client Sourcing leads all Client Sourcing Operations for Data Center and Tech clients and is responsible for leading the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) platform within assigned Vertical(s). - Lead, manage and direct the strategic sourcing plans within assigned Vertical(s) by collaborating closely with Divisional Presidents, Managing Directors, Accounts and Clients to set overall priorities and account goals. - Closely collaborate with Americas Sourcing Pursuits & Transitions, Category Management, and relevant business stakeholders to retain, grow, and win new clients. - Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team, including accountability for effectively managing, mentoring, recruiting, and developing a team of world-class Sourcing and Procurement professionals. - Drive communication, both verbal and written, with all levels at JLL in addition to Clients to support the organization, influence change, and win new business. - Develop and lead high-performing teams, recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top Sourcing talent. - Support the career development of key roles through mentoring and visible leadership. - Create high-performing, integrated sourcing teams committed to delivering sustainable operational excellence. - Manage and coach Group Sourcing Leads/Team Leads/Large Account Leaders on their performance progress and developmental goals. - Actively support Supply/Demand within the sourcing platform by networking, mentoring, and sharing diverse internal and external candidates. - Develop succession plans for all key roles within the organization. - Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture. Requirements - Develop Vertical Sourcing Strategies that incorporate inputs from Vertical(s) leadership goals, market intelligence, S&P Subject Matter Expertise, and individual client strategies. - Ensure the vision and strategy of the client sourcing plans are implemented and aligned with necessary objectives. - Establish and maintain relationships within Americas’ Leadership across all business lines. - Proactively manage supplier(s) to ensure overall performance expectations are met across the associated accounts. - Provide strategic vision for all S&P aspects of business including best practices and innovation. - Effectively develop and lead complex short-term and longer-term sourcing strategies. - Manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance. - For assigned Vertical(s), manage the interaction with Sourcing teams across Category Management, Solutions Development, Sourcing Enablement, account, and clients to support the sales process. - Take a visible role as the SME on Renewals, Expansions, and New Business. - Proactively prepare for all client renewals – striving for a no-bid renewal. - Participate in client meetings/yellow pad sessions as needed.
