Graphic Designer – Contract

Core Education

• Design visually appealing and on-brand marketing content for various channels, including social media, web, digital ads, and promotional assets. • Work in collaboration with content writers to develop creative concepts and visual content that support marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Maintain and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. • Use graphic design software and other relevant tools to create, edit, and optimize images and other visual assets. • Translate marketing objectives and briefs into engaging and effective designs that communicate the intended message. • Stay updated on industry design trends and technologies to recommend innovative design solutions. • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining the quality and consistency of design work.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design within a marketing team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aptitude for crafting on brand/target creative output from ambiguous or conceptual requests.
  • Able to receive constructive criticism and work within client requests.
  • Proven experience in marketing design with Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Figma.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think visually.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
