Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Mechanical Engineering, Business or a related field
- Business Development and Sales skills
- Knowledge of Energy Solutions (generators, distributed power, UPSs, BESS, microgrids)
- Minimum of 5 years experience selling directly into the Data Center industry specifically with Hyperscalers, Colocators, Integrators, Developers, etc.
- Experience with Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC) firms
- Ability to develop, implement and execute business strategies
- Relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analyze opportunities and customer needs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Conduct Sales Presentations and Product Training
- Project management and coordination skills
- Participation in data center industry organizations
- Provide reconnaissance of competitors’ influence and develop a plan to counter their influence
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience with SAP, Sales Force or similar CRM systems and data analysis is preferred
