Core Implementation Specialist
SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc.
• Responsible for the validation of data, workflow, procedures, and processes within the loan area(s) which may include our other applications • Works independently with clients during the onboarding process to resolve any issues and engage other team members as needed • Works with banking product providers including but not limited to bill pay, imaging, and core processing • Travels to customer site for implementation if requested
Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in banking operations is required, loan operations preferred
- Knowledge and work experience with secondary loan servicing (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHLB, USDA, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, ticket tracking system, and customer service
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to support a customer go live
- Organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Insurable driving record and proof of personal liability auto insurance coverage of at least $300,000.
