Business Developer – Classic Vehicles
Car & Classic
• Develop and convert a pipeline through high-volume outbound calling • Source classic and prestige vehicles eligible for auction (Jaguar E-Type, Mercedes Pagoda, Porsche 911, Land Rover Series, Aston Martin, etc.) • Support sellers with valuation, price positioning and reserve strategy • Deliver a premium consultative approach and manage expectations with transparency • Actively contribute to the growth of the category in France (clubs, specialists, dealers, events) • Influence sell-through rates by connecting the right buyers with the right vehicles • Maintain immaculate CRM (HubSpot): activities, next steps, rigorous follow-up • Feed market insights back to Commercial, Marketing and Product teams
Job Requirements
- Excellent high-volume telephone prospecting skills
- Mastery of sales techniques: discovery, objection handling, consultative selling
- Strong knowledge of the classic car market (valuations, rarity, history, matching numbers, restoration, etc.)
- Pipeline and CRM discipline
- Ability to build trust and credibility quickly
- Strong results orientation and resilience
- Desire to help grow a fast-scaling category
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills (photography, valuation, marketing)
