Role Description We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead the development of custom single-family homes through the Design Development, Permitting, and Construction Documentation phases. The role will have a focus on leading documentation, consultant coordination, permitting, and construction detailing. The ideal candidate is confident working in Revit, experienced with the coordination and detailing of single-family projects, and capable of managing junior staff and external collaborators. Fluent English is required for direct communication with U.S.-based teams and consultants. - Lead construction documentation production in Revit - Coordinate consultants and internal teams to ensure buildable, code-compliant solutions - Support construction admin as needed (RFIs, submittals, revisions, site coordination) - Mentor junior team members and maintain quality control - Track schedules, deadlines, and deliverables Qualifications - Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) - Local architectural license + 10+ years experience on U.S. custom residential projects - Demonstrated experience leading projects independently (preferred: experience running an architectural studio or similar leadership role) - Strong knowledge of imperial units and wood-frame construction - Advanced Revit proficiency - AutoCAD + Bluebeam proficiency - Strong communication skills and team leadership

Job Requirements
