Orchestrate portfolio management processes throughout the lifecycle, including demand management, resource management, execution, and financial management. Understand the project ask, gather requirements and definitions, and dive into root cause of the problem being solved. Ensure project delivery, including coordination of ceremonies and issue resolution. Accomplish financial goals by getting approvals from business and IT partners through building a business case. Work with global, senior level leaders to help translate business strategies into technical project execution. Interpret challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Lead others to identify creative solutions. Capture and voice the IT Portfolio Roadmap. Provide consolidated list of requirements to engineering teams. Describe value of the project via creation of a financial business case. Contribute towards achievement of customer, operational, project or service goals.

100% Remote Position Base Salary: $70k-$80k Must be willing to work East Coast hours (9:30-5:30 ET) Responsible for assisting media and creative team members across a series of effective procedures and functions to deliver a world class experience for our customers. This includes influencing parallel processes of the general account, reporting and creative tasks, overseeing project road maps w/ requirements, preparing and maintaining recurring client presentations, and leading the planning of communications for the project with an effective client response. Responsibilities include: - Track project requirements utilizing project management tools (experience with Monday.com is a plus) - Lead the planning of communications and project roadmaps across our internal and external stakeholders - Plan and triage communications for effective response: Tag/ forward appropriate comms to new parties, track and surface “lost” conversations (experience with slack is a plus) - Influence parallel processes of creative operations: Creative approvals, pre-production, asset organization - Influence parallel processes of media operations: Campaign naming, audience organization, campaign launches - Influence parallel processes of reporting operations: Delivery of new reports - Prepare and maintain recurring client presentations: Weekly notes, Monthly creative recap - Influence parallel processes of client onboarding tasks, keeping all tasks on track - Manage file organization by creating client-facing and internal documents as needed (experience with google drive is a plus) - Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of output and continuously seek areas of improvement - Hosting and leading weekly scrum meetings with internal team members to review high level objectives and deliverables

• Owning the project from initial planning to delivery. • Manage the entire life cycle of projects to achieve highest level of client satisfaction, quality, and efficiency. • Work in coordination with the Sales Managers for existing & New clients; provide inputs on project feasibility/workarounds. • Co-ordinate/communicate with the clients throughout the duration of the projects in a timely manner and update them on the exact status. • Checking and reviewing the instruction list that is given to Internal & External resources. • Ensure highest quality level of work by following & applying a strict quality control process for all jobs before delivered to the client. • Ensure client is satisfied with Quality & Timely service. • Successful management of Project Budgets (Operating Profitability). • Closely monitor the progress of production at each stage of the process; prioritizing tasks while handling multiple projects simultaneously. • On-time completion of projects leading to On-Time Billing. • Troubleshooting issues/concerns as needed. • Documentation and Reporting - Update TMS, Status to client and internal customer, Project status reports.

The Global Enterprise Applications Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of a portfolio of multiple projects supporting enterprise applications across the organization. This role serves as a pivotal link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring that enterprise application projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with strategic objectives. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in agile project management, a deep understanding of enterprise application ecosystems, and the ability to manage cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams. Responsibilities: - Lead enterprise application projects using Agile techniques and methodologies. - Manage end-to-end delivery of global application initiatives using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), ensuring iterative delivery and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, solution architects, and engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. - Oversee the creation, prioritization, and maintenance of the project backlog in partnership with product owners. Facilitate requirement gathering, user story refinement, and acceptance criteria definition. - Organize and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Track progress toward sprint goals and manage barriers to delivery. - Guide and motivate distributed project teams comprising application developers, analysts, QA, and other specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. - Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues. Communicate status, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders. - Champion agile best practices, process optimization, and innovation within the enterprise applications organization. - Deliver regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to global stakeholders and leadership. - Support organizational readiness and adoption of new enterprise applications through effective change management and training initiatives. - Guide and assist internal and vendor development teams. - Assist in managing platform and delivery vendors. Qualifications: - 10 years’ experience in enterprise applications delivery roles, with a minimum of 5 as project or program manager.
