• Participate in the execution of asset-based field examinations, including analytic and auditing tasks • Document and evaluate controls, and implementing test work • Lead field work and interact directly with borrowers and the financial institution credit team • Perform pre-loan surveys, pre-funding examinations and rotational field and collateral monitoring examinations to assist lenders in evaluating the integrity of their customer’s collateral • Review the asset-based borrower's collateral records and financial reports to determine/assess collateral values that secure loans to identify and highlight areas of collateral weakness, of potential risk exposure, and to detect fraudulent activity. • Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information, • Examine and analyst accounting records to determine the financial status of establishment; focusing on accounts receivable, inventory, or other assets supporting the Borrowing Bases • Effectively perform and document audit activities in accordance with professional standards and methodologies. • Prepare clear and concise high level written exam reports highlighting areas of risk and exposure, material variances, conclusions reached from testing results, and related recommendations for improvement, if necessary.

• Lead a team of Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Trial Associates to meet the goals and timelines of the assigned therapeutic program. • Act as the representative for program’s global clinical operations to functional group leaders, external vendors, and senior management. • Partner effectively and synergistically with stakeholders across the entire company. • Manage Clinical Trial Managers on day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives. • Oversee the performance of designated team members, including interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; coaching, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews. • Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under US GAAP • Manage consolidation processes for multiple legal entities across different countries • Prepare U.S. GAAP entries • Ensure compliance with Company accounting policies and coordinate updates where required • Oversee intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Communicate relevant information and significant issues to internal stakeholders • Provide training and support to Finance Operations team on new accounting standards, procedures and policies • Provide expertise on complex accounting matters such as revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, share-based compensation, etc. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP changes, assess impact on the Company’s policies and prepare technical accounting memoranda supporting the Company’s positions • Co-lead, with the Finance Controller, the design, implementation, and ongoing management of SOX compliance requirements across the Group • Support stakeholders in adopting and strengthening an internal control culture across the Company • Co-drive improvements in consolidation tools and reporting automation • Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy • Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit procedures
