• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under US GAAP • Manage consolidation processes for multiple legal entities across different countries • Prepare U.S. GAAP entries • Ensure compliance with Company accounting policies and coordinate updates where required • Oversee intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Communicate relevant information and significant issues to internal stakeholders • Provide training and support to Finance Operations team on new accounting standards, procedures and policies • Provide expertise on complex accounting matters such as revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, share-based compensation, etc. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP changes, assess impact on the Company’s policies and prepare technical accounting memoranda supporting the Company’s positions • Co-lead, with the Finance Controller, the design, implementation, and ongoing management of SOX compliance requirements across the Group • Support stakeholders in adopting and strengthening an internal control culture across the Company • Co-drive improvements in consolidation tools and reporting automation • Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy • Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit procedures

• Manage a portfolio of relationships with private charitable foundations and other institutional donors, with the goal of ultimately expanding CATF’s partnerships with long-term funders and deepening relationships. • Craft impactful proposals, letters of inquiry, concept notes, and reports, as directed by the Director, Institutional Giving and in close collaboration with program staff and other team members. • Curate, track, and refine program- and project-specific funding pipelines. • Identify and build relationships with new funders for CATF’s work which ultimately culminate in new revenues. • Collaborate with program staff and Financial Planning and Analysis team to shape proposal budgets in line with funders’ priorities and CATF’s interests. • Support teams to track spending against budgets, modify spend plans, and maximize revenues’ impacts. • Develop and execute bespoke stewardship plans for donors in assigned portfolio. • Partner with program staff and leadership to engage in program development, to meet funders’ interests and develop persuasive proposals aligned with their priorities. • Harness internal subject matter experts to shape and inform institutional donors’ philanthropic priorities. • Secure, staff, and lead meetings with funders for key leadership and program staff and staff those meetings as necessary; travel to meetings as necessary. • Support team management and staff mentorship. • Appropriately manage internal and external relationships around grant outcomes and results to meet or exceed funder expectations. • Partner with program teams to track progress and proactively identify any potential obstacles to delivery.

• Leading clinical study management activities for medical device testing • Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and timelines • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals • Coordinating site operations from initiation to close-out

• Supervise a team of approximately 10-15 direct reports under the ECM team to ensure high-quality enrollments and care management services. • Oversee client outreach, enrollments, and the creation of Individual Care Plans, assessing if clients' needs can be managed by an ECM Lead Care Manager; serve as an escalation point when necessary. • Drive the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively. • Collaborate with the Director(s) of Enhanced Care Management to implement changes and process improvements. • Provide clinical oversight approximately 30% of the time, including, but not limited to: supervision of clinical staff, clinical sign-offs, oversight of care plans, leading IDT meetings, and serving as a clinical consultant for complex clinical cases. • Provide direct care management as needed to support organizational goals. • Travel up to 20-25% may be required for training, meetings, and other business needs.
