• Leading and transforming enterprise-wide infrastructure operations, observability, and command center functions to ensure high availability, resilience, and performance across hybrid environments. • Driving a proactive, intelligence-driven operations model leveraging AIOps, automation, and advanced analytics. • Defining and implementing enterprise observability strategy (metrics, logs, traces, user experience). • Driving adoption of AIOps and intelligent monitoring platforms to enable predictive insights and auto-remediation. • Standardizing monitoring across applications, infrastructure, cloud, network, and databases. • Improving MTTR, service visibility, and end-user experience through integrated observability. • Driving operational excellence across Event, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. • Establishing a proactive operations model focused on early detection, prevention, and rapid resolution. • Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and governance of CMDB (Configuration Management Database). • Driving service mapping across critical applications and infrastructure dependencies. • Enabling impact analysis, root cause identification, and risk mitigation through CMDB maturity. • Establishing monitoring and operations governance frameworks aligned with ITIL, ISO, and regulatory standards. • Ensuring audit readiness (SOC, ISO, regulatory compliance) and adherence to policies. • Defining KPIs, SLAs, and operational dashboards for leadership visibility and accountability. • Driving automation across monitoring, alerting, and remediation workflows. • Partnering with Cloud, Application, Network, Security, and Engineering teams to ensure service reliability. • Providing executive reporting and insights on operational health, risks, and improvements.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a team of professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of AI and log monitoring tools, with a track record of successful implementation and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and resolving complex infrastructure issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in developing and implementing monitoring strategies, with a focus on process optimization.
- Familiarity with industry-standard monitoring tools and technologies, and a willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements.
- A results-driven approach, with a track record of achieving and exceeding monitoring-related KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
