Our Small Business Marketplace is a fast-growing benefit where active IC vendors (small business owners) discover discounts on business expenses to help reduce overhead. We're looking for a sharp, relationship-driven program director to own and scale our Marketplace program, a role that sits at the intersection of partner sales, program development, marketing, analytics, and IC vendor success. You'll do more than manage relationships. You'll build the systems, strategies, and feedback loops that turn marketplace offers into real, measurable value for our IC vendors who depend on them. If you thrive at the crossroads of business development and operational execution, and you care about outcomes, not just activity, this role was built for you. Position Summary Reporting directly to the CMO, the Marketplace Program Director owns the full growth equation, more partners, better deals, stronger IC vendor engagement, and increased RevShare revenue. Partners don't just get ad placement; they gain access to a verified audience of small business owners who are actively engaged with a platform they trust. You'll need the chops to own this narrative fluently with little hand holding. What Success Looks Like (over 1st 6 months) You've mapped the current partner landscape and identified top-priority acquisition targets. Partner revenue is growing and IC engagement metrics are trending up. You understand where performance gaps live, and how to steer any conversation toward the highest-value outcome. Marketplace is a recognized value driver for IC retention and a meaningful revenue stream for Openforce. Partners view program as top-tier channel for reaching IC Vendor segment, and they're coming to you. Responsibilities Acquire and Manage Partners, and Generate RevShare Revenue Prospect, negotiate, and close new partner agreements. Build and maintain a sales pipeline from outreach through signed agreement. Own engagement targets tied to IC vendor purchases, or revenue targets tied to partnership RevShare agreements, and/or performance bonuses. Oversee development of sales assets (pitch slides, sell sheets, success stories, blogs, newsletter slices, ads, etc...) that articulates value to different audience segments (partners, clients, IC vendors). Reconcile reports to ensure Openforce data matches up to partner reported data. Grow IC Vendor Engagement Own the end-to-end marketplace experience for all segments, including onboarding, offer setup, performance tracking, etc... This position will allow you to place your mark! Grow engagement by championing marketplace visibility across every channel, collaborating with Product to embed promotion within the platform, aligning with Marketing to secure consistent placement across owned and earned channels, and equipping Sales to weave marketplace into the core value proposition for prospects. Monitor offer engagement rates, develop insights, and make proper optimizations with the goal to deliver the highest possible value. Contractor Value Advocacy Champion the contractor's perspective, ensure offers are relevant, high-value, and reflect real IC business needs. Work with the IC success team to promote marketplace awareness during onboarding and key lifecycle moment. Conduct research and gather feedback from IC vendors on marketplace usefulness and desired categories. Track which offer categories drive the most engagement and guide partner acquisition accordingly. QualificationsSkills and Knowledge US-based and citizenship 5+ years proven experience building and maintaining B2B partnerships, marketplaces and/or affiliate marketing programs. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and sell partnership value at the executive level; track record of generating pipeline and closing deals with measurable revenue impact. Strong commercial acumen: you can build a revenue plan, track it, and pivot as needed. Excellent communicator who can translate data into a compelling partner pitch. Self-starter who thrives with ownership and a lean team structure. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong collaboration skills.
