• Lead Client Engagements: Serve as the senior Guidehouse presence on revenue cycle technology accounts, managing executive relationships, and being accountable for the quality and direction of work. • Deliver on Revenue Cycle Technology Depth: Translate platform knowledge into practical recommendations for clients, focusing primarily on Epic revenue cycle, but also contributing to Oracle Health, Meditech Expanse, and athenahealth environments. • Grow the Practice: Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, support proposal development, and represent Guidehouse at industry events. • Develop the Team: Lead engagement teams, providing active coaching and substantive feedback to develop the revenue cycle technology expertise of staff.
Job Requirements
- Eight to twelve years of combined experience in health IT consulting, EHR implementation, or revenue cycle operations, with prior consulting firm experience strongly preferred
- Deep Epic revenue cycle expertise, including certification in one or more modules such as Resolute HB, Resolute PB, Charge Router, Grand Central, or Prelude, and a minimum of three years working in Epic revenue cycle environments
- Meaningful experience with at least one of Oracle Health, Meditech Expanse, or athenahealth in a revenue cycle context
- A track record of managing complex engagements with C-suite client exposure
- Experience leading and developing consulting staff across multi-workstream engagements
- Fluency in revenue cycle performance metrics including DNFB, DCFB, A/R days, first-pass rate, denial rate, clean claim rate, and net collection rate
- Understanding of how payer and regulatory requirements intersect with EHR configuration, including CMS billing rules, prior authorization workflows, and value-based contracting structures
- A bachelor’s degree at minimum; a graduate degree in health informatics, business administration, or a related field is a plus

About the program: The PB Seeds program connects and equips leaders and advocates with the PB knowledge, tools, and network in order to advocate for PB in their communities. We are developing PB Sprouts, a curriculum that strengthens the advocacy component of PB Seeds and equips local leaders to bring PB to their communities. This role is ideal for a seasoned advocate and community organizer with hands-on experience advancing Participatory Budgeting (PB) who is ready to guide a learning cohort in developing PB advocacy campaigns in New Jersey. This is a grant-funded position, full-time for one year (May 2026 to April 2027) This is a grant-funded position guaranteed for one year at full-time, with the potential for renewal for a second year pending fundraising.
