About the Role As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between our product, engineering, and customer teams. You’ll design and implement end-to-end solutions that help our partners integrate, deploy, and scale our technology to meet their unique needs. This role blends solutions development, systems architecture, and customer engagement—you’ll be hands-on with front end web development, APIs, data workflows, and cloud infrastructure while collaborating closely with our partners and stakeholders across the organization to meet real-world clinical and operational needs. What You'll Do - Design and develop custom solutions and integrations for key partners and customers - Implement new solutions across web applications, data flow, APIs, cloud and event-driven infrastructure - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance core platform capabilities - Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into system designs - Work with vendors and external partners on technology implementations. - Diagnose and resolve complex integration or production issues - Document and share best practices to improve implementation efficiency and scalability - Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth software deployment and integration. - Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
