Benefits Payroll Support Associate REMOTE Monday – Friday | Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST About the Role As a Benefits Payroll Support Associate, you will play a critical role in providing accurate, timely, and empathetic support to employees regarding payroll, taxes, and other benefits-related inquiries. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, navigating multiple systems while ensuring every interaction is professional, precise, and supportive. If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. You will manage a steady volume of inbound calls, answer questions about payroll and tax matters such as W-2s, stock options, and deductions, and provide guidance while following established procedures. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential in delivering a positive experience for every caller. Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates should have: - Previous customer service and call center experience - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Experience working with payroll, taxes, or employee financial services preferred - Excellent internet navigation and typing skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask effectively while managing a high volume of calls - Ability to follow guidelines and provide accurate information - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment - High school diploma/GED - Successful completion of background check Remote Requirements: - Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175) - Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router - We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies, including but not limited to: States: AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA. The estimated salary range for this role is $29,640 - $37,050.
