The Opportunity: - Own top-line growth: build pipeline, originate new work, expand accounts, and deliver revenue targets. - Run the end-to-end sales motion: qualification → discovery → solution shaping → estimating → proposal/SOW → close. - Establish weekly/monthly commercial operating rhythm (pipeline reviews, forecasting, win/loss, account plans). - Translate complex healthcare problems into clear advisory offerings and executable programs for healthcare organizations and health technology companies. - Leverage Inflect's differentiators, including clinical credibility, an operator mindset, and access to Vituity’s network—to win trust quickly, craft high-value engagements, and deliver work that gets adopted, not just recommended. - Build a growing portfolio of advisory relationships and maintain a strong pipeline and repeatable go-to-market motion. - Full ownership of Advisory P&L: growth, margin, utilization, pricing discipline, and reinvestment decisions. - Build the operating model for sustainable profitability (rate cards, staffing model, capacity planning, scope control). - Implement performance dashboards and financial visibility that ensure healthy consulting economics and disciplined operational management. - Turn “bespoke” consulting into repeatable offerings with clear scope, pricing, delivery approach, and measurable outcomes. - Manage the service-line portfolio: decide what to focus on, invest in, refine, or stop based on performance and market signal. - Establish delivery standards, project management systems, engagement oversight, and quality assurance processes that protect delivery excellence. - Implement the infrastructure and cadence required to scale the practice including CRM discipline, project management systems, utilization tracking, capacity planning, engagement quality reviews, and performance dashboards. - Ensure advisory work improves care delivery, operational performance, and patient experience while delivering pragmatic, high-integrity outcomes for clients. - Build and lead a high-performing team: hire, mentor, manage performance, and develop future leaders/engagement owners. - Create clear roles, expectations, and professional development pathways to support growth. - Collaborate across Inflect (Capital, Studio) to convert insight into credibility, relationships, and market momentum. - Translate between stakeholders including C-suite executives, clinicians, operators, technologists, and investors to align solutions with real-world healthcare delivery needs. Qualifications - Master’s degree in healthcare or related field. Professional Services P&L Leadership, HealthCare Sector Dept, Business Development Excellence preferred. - Consultative selling (discovery-first, outcome/value framing, clear solution shaping). - Proposal/SOW scoping, estimating, and pricing discipline. - Strategic account planning and multi-year relationship management. - Operating model design: scalable delivery, quality, staffing/resource allocation. - Data-driven leadership using dashboards and KPIs. - Strong change leadership in ambiguous environments; ability to build adoption without bureaucracy. - Proven ability to lead consultative selling and close complex services deals end-to-end; disciplined pipeline management and forecasting. - Demonstrated ability to protect margin, manage scope, and qualify out of misfit work. - Experience serving healthcare clients and navigating clinical workflows, payer/provider dynamics, and healthcare procurement/regulatory complexity. - Ability to build credibility with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders; strong senior network. - Owned a professional services/advisory P&L with accountability for revenue growth and margin performance. - Track record of launching/building/scaling a consulting practice through origination and account expansion. - Fluency with utilization, pricing, engagement margin, and capacity planning.
