• Successful implementation and adoption of our RayaONE software in hospitals. • Structuring and designing projects and translating them into clear implementation requirements and an ambitious yet realistic project plan. • Managing internal teams and the customer from kickoff to a successful go-live. • Developing into a product and customer expert; collecting structured feedback for continuous improvement of our products and services. • Ensuring transparent information flow internally and externally; coordinating with IT, Product Owner, Clinical Application Specialist and radiologists.
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B Customer Success, project management, or a medical-technical environment, ideally in HealthTech.
- Experience working in a hospital environment is an advantage.
- Project management experience and a good understanding of software development, quality assurance, and testing processes; comfortable with both agile and traditional methodologies.
- Strong service orientation, professional customer interaction, and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and understandably.
- Confident, collaborative presence and experience effectively involving internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of self-organization, initiative, a structured working style, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Confident use of common tools such as Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, and Confluence.
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1/C2).
