Role Description Own the technical vision and architecture for a production-grade AI platform focused on reliability, observability, and remediation. - Design and scale systems that support evaluation pipelines, inference orchestration, tracing, and AI performance monitoring. - Partner closely with product and executive leadership to translate ambiguous problems into scalable technical solutions. - Define and implement best practices around system performance, latency, cost efficiency, and safety. - Lead architectural decision-making across multiple projects and systems. - Mentor senior engineers and elevate the technical bar across the organization. - Contribute selectively to hands-on coding for critical systems and complex technical challenges. - Establish metrics and frameworks to ensure production reliability and continuous improvement.
