Job Description
Business Development Rep
59 Pines
Role Description You're looking for investors. Work your network. Reach out, book calls, ask for referrals. The trick: ask for introductions, not money. Those who are interested will raise their hand. No IR experience required. We need fresh networks. Accredited investors = $200k+ income or $1M+ net worth; doctors, execs, professionals. You know several. Two ways to participate: - Generate leads and hand off to our closers - Generate and close yourself — a great way to learn from a team that's done it before. Scripts and support provided. You generate activity; we don't feed leads. Qualifications - Existing professional network that includes or can reach US Accredited Investors (executives, doctors, HNW professionals, etc.) - Comfortable asking for referrals — you don't shy away from "who do you know who might be interested?" - Self-starter — you generate your own activity from relationships, not from lists we provide - Strong communicator — clear, professional, persuasive - No IR experience required — we're looking for people who can work their network, not necessarily people who have raised capital before - Nice to have: B2B sales, account executive, staffing recruiter, or any role where you've built professional relationships and leveraged them. Requirements - Work your network — LinkedIn, email, phone. Reach out to people you know and ask for referrals to accredited investors - Book calls — schedule qualified prospects for conversations with our team (or with you, if you're closing) - Ask for referrals — every conversation ends with a request for introductions - Qualify leads — confirm accredited investor status and interest level - Close (optional) — if you want to work end-to-end, we provide scripts and support for both sourcing and closing Benefits - Pay-per-lead OR up to $300,000 max total compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components) Company Description We're a credible, funded, remote-first startup led by a serial [technical] founder, and backed by a 20-person team. The product is live in private alpha. - There's a massive growth hack hiding in plain sight—and it can only be used once. - Multi-Trillion Dollar TAM: Global market opportunity across multiple high-value sectors - Category Creation: Not disrupting existing markets, creating entirely new infrastructure category - Macro-Resilient Model: Business grows during recessions, job displacement, and AI automation cycles - Experienced Founder: 25-year serial entrepreneur and former CTO with proven track record - Established Team: 13 experienced professionals committed with equity-only compensation - Stealth Mode Advantage: Currently operating under the radar to build competitive moat - Network Effects Day One: Winner-takes-all dynamics with immediate compounding effects - Ultra Low CAC: Efficient customer acquisition through network-driven growth model - AI-Native Organization: Built from day one with advanced AI capabilities and no legacy baggage - Traction: In Progress - Validated Product-Market Fit: User testing confirms strong interest, in-depth interviews with target customers validate demand - AI Outreach Proven: Verified effectiveness across all target channels - social media, SMS, and email - Live Proof of Concept: Working MVP demonstrates execution capabilities - Proven Team Execution: Team is already functioning and shipping product - no capital wasted on recruiting or learning to work together
