Role Description The People Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely guidance and support while maintaining a positive, action-oriented approach. This role is critical for the seamless execution of core HR administration, including new hire onboarding and terminations. A high degree of attention to detail and strong follow-through is required to succeed in this role. The People Operations Coordinator connects information across various activities to identify process improvements that increase efficiency.
