Process Improvement & Optimization · Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to evaluate, design, and enhance recruiting workflows within iCIMS. · Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual HR processes, leveraging system functionality and integrations. · Assist in developing and documenting HRIS procedures, best practices, and standard operating protocols.
