Purchasing Coordinator
Ensemble Performing Arts
• Receive and process purchase order requisitions from the field locations • Verify pricing and terms • Submit completed POs to corresponding vendors • Accumulate and process shipment verifications from field locations and help resolve discrepancies • Provide product pricing and availability information to field staff • Respond to and research special order requests • Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of maintaining an effective field assortment mix and excellent customer service

• Leading the end-to-end procurement of OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) for ultra-luxury hospitality projects • Collaborating closely with design teams, operators, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners • Ensuring that all OS&E packages meet the highest standards of quality, brand alignment, budget control, and operational efficiency
