• Leading the end-to-end procurement of OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) for ultra-luxury hospitality projects • Collaborating closely with design teams, operators, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners • Ensuring that all OS&E packages meet the highest standards of quality, brand alignment, budget control, and operational efficiency

• Design, implement, and lead a best-in-class procurement function applying supply chain management best practices appropriate for a high-growth healthcare organization. • Establish and execute a strategic sourcing program with clear category ownership across IT, professional services, clinical vendors, facilities, and other material spend areas. • Implement RFP/RFQ processes to drive competitive tension and negotiate favorable commercial terms with suppliers. • Leverage spend data and financial analytics to identify cost reduction opportunities, model financial impacts, and gain business leadership alignment on savings initiatives. • Establish measurable performance metrics and regularly report third-party spend, savings, and supplier performance to Finance and senior leadership. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers; develop a preferred vendor program to consolidate the supply base, reduce costs, and improve service quality. • Lead contract negotiations and administer agreements with suppliers, vendors, and service providers; ensure commercial terms reflect Aledade's risk tolerance and business objectives. • Oversee supplier onboarding, including evaluation of financial stability, compliance posture, and service capability. • Resolve invoice discrepancies, claims, and quality issues in a timely manner, escalating when needed. • Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and market benchmarks to validate fair and reasonable pricing. • Establish and maintain procurement policies, procedures, standards, and internal controls; educate stakeholders on compliant purchasing practices and audit for continuous improvement. • Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing procurement and vendor management. • Manage healthcare-specific vendor compliance requirements, including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), HIPAA obligations, and other regulatory considerations relevant to Aledade's operating environment. • Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks including supplier financial instability, single-source dependencies, and business continuity gaps. • Conduct periodic compliance audits and implement continuous improvement programs to close identified gaps. • Serve as a trusted cross-functional partner to Finance, Legal, Technology, HR, and business unit leaders by embedding procurement discipline without creating bureaucratic friction. • Lead organizational change management efforts associated with standing up and scaling the procurement function, including stakeholder education, process adoption, and communication strategies. • Develop and deliver training programs to educate colleagues on procurement policies, approval workflows, and compliant purchasing behaviors. • Build strong internal relationships to proactively identify procurement needs, influence upstream decision-making, and reduce maverick spend. • Represent Procurement in cross-functional initiatives, vendor governance forums, and finance planning cycles. • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing procurement team as the function scales. • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and create development pathways for direct reports. • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the Procurement function. • Model collaborative, cross-functional leadership that reflects Aledade's values and ways of working.

• Develop and manage multi‑million‑dollar Packaging Category Strategies within Direct Procurement. • Deep expertise in packaging raw materials/substrates/chemicals; leverage market & commodity insights, escalation/de‑escalation mechanisms, and inflation mitigation to inform forecasting, decisions, and competitive pricing. • Provide quarterly updates on cost inflation by category and update quarterly standard costs. • Identify, assess, build business cases for, prioritize, and execute cost savings initiatives (product optimization, service/quality optimization, supplier optimization, process improvement, competitive bidding, should‑cost modeling, joint CI, negotiations). • Partner with suppliers and external category experts to develop robust savings/value pipelines and measurable benefits. • Partner closely with senior leadership across Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality to align with business strategy and position Procurement as a strategic partner. • Lead/support commercialization and growth initiatives via strategic sourcing; optimize supplier network in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. • Conduct business reviews with internal stakeholders and suppliers to track goals, surface issues/opportunities, and review category trends. • Establish best practices to develop and execute supplier agreements. • Lead and support Supplier Performance Management—track/analyze Service, Quality, Cost, and Innovation for key Packaging suppliers on a recurring cadence. • Support and implement SRM for assigned suppliers to drive continuous improvement and long‑term, collaborative relationships. • Proactively monitor and manage internal and external risk (market, operational, quality, logistics, financial) to ensure continuity of supply. • Integrate risk considerations into sourcing, supplier selection/segmentation, and contract terms. • Lead sustainability and diversity programs for Packaging suppliers in alignment with Ventura Foods’ priorities. • Embed governance through standardized practices/playbooks and agreement frameworks to ensure compliance and ethical sourcing. • Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to manage projects to outcomes (timeline, quality, cost).

About the role: As a Manager, Procurement Contracts, you will lead an international team of contract professionals. This team is responsible for the development, application, and administration of contract terms and conditions (T&Cs). You will protect Westinghouse's commercial interests and support internal/external customers and projects. You will report to the Director of Global Contracts in the Legal & Compliance department and work remote. 100% Remote role. Key Responsibilities: - Know, understand, and practice the standards and related policies contained in Westinghouse "Codes of Business Ethics & Conduct." - Lead an international team of contracts professionals in supporting Westinghouse supply chain operations with development and negotiation of supplier and subcontractor purchase terms and conditions (T&C) and supporting agreements. - Resource management of Procurement Contracts team, develop assignments, provide mentorship on important contract principles and contract structures, and help resolve issues. - Communicate with Westinghouse supply chain management, Legal and business teams on procurement T&Cs issues to agree on strategy and represent Procurement Contracts at Westinghouse management meetings. - Ensure that we follow protocols for approval of supplier/subcontractor deviations to Westinghouse standard T&Cs. - Lead negotiations (in person and virtual) with suppliers/subcontractors on T&Cs issues, with a focus on complex or high-risk scopes of work, alliance or teaming, and master service agreements. - Provide input and guidance to Westinghouse supply chain personnel on applicable company governance procedural requirements. - Provide T&Cs training and process training to Westinghouse partners involved in the procurement contracting process. - Manage global contract T&Cs template(s), working with Legal and supply chain management using feedback and market conditions. - Develop and implement processes to “flowdown” customer contracts requirements to suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure support of customer proposal development activities involving supply chain. Analyze customer contract requirements and support legal and supply chain personnel in developing commercial approach/response. - Consider and apply contract trends with customers, suppliers and competitors in Westinghouse served markets to develop contracting strategies. Provide ongoing feedback to Legal & Compliance lead for applicable policies. - Support implementation of special contract strategies related to new teams, new products, or latest technologies. - Support company strategic programs as requested, including contract diligence and other risk analysis. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 10+ years experience in contract analysis, contract management, with terms and conditions (T&C), project / risk management, engineering and commercial procurement disciplines. - Experience managing people and teams. - Working knowledge of commercial practices, risk assessment and mitigation principles, contracting structures and legal/contract terms and conditions, corporate/ legal and compliance policies. - Understanding of the nuclear industry preferred. - We prefer procurement project management and major contract negotiation in the power market. - Project related experience in the fossil or nuclear power plant market and supplier/subcontractor terms and conditions experience preferred. - 15% travel to support contract negotiations or meetings with other Westinghouse partners.
