Director, Project Methodology – Delivery Enablement

AssistRx

• Responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving delivery methodologies, standards, tools, and enablement practices. • Focuses on establishing consistency, scalability, and quality across project execution. • Enables Project Managers, Business Analysts, Strategic Account Managers, and IT delivery leaders through best practices, governance, training, and coaching. • Operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring close collaboration across functional and leadership levels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Greater than 8 years’ experience in project, program, or delivery leadership roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience defining complex and comprehensive processes, PMO standards, governance, and delivery frameworks.
  • Advanced experience with Change Management best practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI tools, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and related delivery tools.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
