• Serve as a primary field-based scientific subject matter expert supporting Medical Affairs and Market Access, providing therapeutic area, clinical, economic and product expertise. • Build, cultivate, and enhance professional relationships with key payor and population health decision makers across regions and geographies. • Provide scientific and clinical support to the Market Access team in alignment with strategic medical and corporate objectives. • Engage in evidence-based clinical and economic discussions with payor stakeholders, including formulary decision makers, medical directors, and pharmacy directors. • Develop a tactical, customer-centric medical engagement plan aligned with leadership direction. • Provide timely, accurate clinical, scientific, and economic updates—proactively or in response to unsolicited requests—per SOP, including support related to value dossiers and evidence materials. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of value evidence and how payors utilize clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence in access, reimbursement, and adoption decisions. • Contribute to the development of value evidence generation plans, ensuring alignment with evolving payer needs. • Identify real-world evidence (RWE) opportunities based on payer insights and communicate these opportunities to internal cross-functional teams. • Provide medical support at selected scientific congresses, including attending sessions, supporting the medical information booth, conducting debriefs, and preparing post-congress summaries for internal stakeholders. • Gather, interpret, and communicate key customer insights to inform internal strategy, evidence development, and product planning. • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations (e.g., FDA, OIG, OSHA, PhRMA, etc.).

• Modeling & Advanced Analytics: With the help of your team lead design, developing, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models across a variety of domains (e.g., customer behavior, operational efficiency, personalization). • Data Exploration: Analyze large, complex datasets to extract key insights and translate them into strategic recommendations. • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, using compelling data knowledge and visualization. • Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and frame data science solutions. • Partnership & Enablement: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and software developers to build scalable, data-powered applications. • Mentor junior data engineers, data architects and data scientists, supporting technical development and scientific rigor. • Contribute to the development of reusable assets, tools, and processes to increase team velocity and impact.

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for enterprise application systems in alignment with business objectives. • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization's applications remain current and competitive. • Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and implement software solutions that address organizational needs. • Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application developers, analysts, and support professionals. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. • Manage application-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. • Develop and manage the applications team budget, including resource allocation, vendor contracts, and licensing agreements. • Monitor and mitigate risks related to application security, compliance, and availability.

• Responsible for the strategic oversight and operational leadership of the credit balance resolution and underpayment detection functions. • Manage a team of internal staff and external vendors dedicated to identifying, resolving, and preventing payer and patient credit balances. • Dispute inappropriate refund requests from payers and monitor takebacks for validity. • Ensure timely and accurate refund processing. • Design and implement processes to detect underpayments and develop actionable reporting. • Drive process improvements using data and technology. • Build and maintain processes to proactively detect payer underpayments including setting thresholds and exception reporting. • Develops and manages technology to supplement team activities and monitors results for efficiency.
