Role Description The Customer Service and Account Manager role is a position that supports our Commercial Lines Sales Producers. This individual will manage client relationships, service accounts, and perform licensed insurance activities while delivering proactive solutions that align with each client’s needs. Your key responsibilities may include: - Manage and service a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts, ensuring accuracy, coverage adequacy, and seamless renewals - Partner with Producers to prepare proposals, coordinate underwriting, and support new business and renewal strategy - Conduct proactive coverage reviews to identify gaps, cross sell opportunities, and risk management solutions - Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, audits, and renewals with precision and timeliness - Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders while documenting all activity accurately - Deliver exceptional client service that strengthens long term relationships and supports agency growth Qualifications - Minimum 3 years Commercial Insurance Account Management experience required - Strong professionalism and ethical standards - Consistent follow through on deadlines, meetings, and client commitments Requirements - Enjoys helping clients and building lasting relationships - Ability to operate on Eastern Standard Time - Experienced in both Personal and Commercial Lines - Able to offer creative and innovative solutions - Engaged in civic or professional associations - Strong communicator who understands how to align agency resources with client needs - Detail oriented and accountable - Values community involvement and long term client partnerships Benefits - Base Salary starting at $70,000+ depending on experience - Group health coverage - Retirement plan with company match - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Vision insurance - Paid time off

This position will report to the [TBD] and will participate as a key member of the commercial team with primary responsibilities that include: closing new business within strategic accounts, customer retention and ensuring portfolio performance achieves defined financial goals. The person in this role will have a proven track record of success selling to multiple call points in the Private Equity, Government, Physician Office, Ambulatory Surgery Center and Hospital environments. Core Responsibilities Implement and execute plans to achieve expansion of sales in a defined base of existing strategic ophthalmic customers and new key targets. Appropriate utilization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Execute cohesive strategies with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care and Inside Sales. Effectively manage assigned operating expense budget for travel and customer training. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategy as needed to meet competitive conditions. Evaluate customer, market and competitor activity and update the organization accordingly. Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders within strategic accounts. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly. Coordinate with and assist the field team with closing new business in Strategic Accounts. Utilize resources to enhance productivity and provide optimal customer satisfaction. Participate in providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Actively participate as a key member of the Commercial team to drive success. Qualifications & Requirements
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, qualify, and close new college and university partnerships across an assigned territory. • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, consistently driving momentum through the sales cycle. • Meet or exceed quarterly KPIs by securing new partnerships and expanding the scope of existing partnerships. • Own the full partnership lifecycle — from outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing. • Leverage consultative sales techniques to build trust, uncover institutional needs, and align EdVisorly’s platform with enrollment goals. • Deliver compelling pitch presentations and communicate EdVisorly’s value with clarity, confidence, and precision. • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems. • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and enrollment leaders across colleges and universities. • Serve as a strategic partner to institutions by understanding their transfer, enrollment, and student success challenges. • Use strong written and verbal communication to influence and drive action across multiple stakeholders. • Maintain deep knowledge of EdVisorly’s platform, value propositions, and evolving market positioning. • Monitor competitor insights and higher education trends to inform strategy, product innovation, and growth opportunities. • Attend conferences and industry events to strengthen relationships, deliver presentations, and expand EdVisorly’s presence. • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, and Partner Success) to ensure smooth handoffs and strong partner outcomes.
