Role Description We're looking for someone who doesn't just write code — we need someone who thinks about the store. If you're excited about taking an already-growing store to the next level, we want to hear from you. - Own the technical side of our Shopify store — theme development, customization, and ongoing optimization - Build and customize Shopify apps/plugins using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Implement designs from Figma into clean, responsive Shopify pages — and flag when the design doesn't work for conversion - Build and maintain API integrations between Shopify and our tool stack (Billbee, Klaviyo, and more) — clean interface programming is key - Work with AI coding tools to ship faster — we expect you to use tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or similar - Collaborate with our internal team: Tulon (Senior IT Specialist), Jonas (CMO), and directly with the CEO - Proactively identify and fix UX issues, page speed problems, and conversion bottlenecks - Manage Shopify app stack — evaluate, install, configure, and troubleshoot apps Qualifications - Shopify expertise — deep experience with Liquid templating, theme development, and the Shopify ecosystem. You've built or heavily customized stores before. - Portfolio required — send us links to Shopify stores or websites you've worked on. This is non-negotiable. - Figma proficiency — you work directly from Figma files and can translate designs into code. - Frontend skills — strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Role Description We are looking for a talented Software Engineer. You’ll be working in a team of backend engineers across MPG. We deliver, deploy and help integrate backend services alongside external co-dev clients as part of industry leading game projects, and collaborate to define solutions and implement features on time and to a high standard. We’re also developing an internal tool used across MPG, as well as growing our pool of AWS Certified engineers - both of which you will be involved with when you join us.
