• Design and lead digital and business transformation projects for global B2B and B2C brands. • Drive customer-centric transformational change within largest accounts. • Help redefine how clients engage and sell products or services. • Collaborate with C-level executives to identify corporate objectives and design multi-year roadmaps. • Support the Bluprintx marketing and sales team in driving GTM strategy through consultative led sales. • Develop consulting offerings and share knowledge across the global consulting team.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years strategy or solution consulting experience within marketing or CX (sales, service, commerce, data, etc).
  • Experience of designing and delivering large transformation projects (i.e. digital transformation, customer experience (marketing, sales, service) transformation, marketing transformation, business transformation).
  • Developed solutions and strategies for change across multiple pillars of people, process, technology and data.
  • Delivered outcomes for customers based on implementation and execution of your strategic solutions.
  • Credibility at all levels within an organisation and evidence of building strong, long-term relationships with the customer.
  • Experience of both B2B and B2C sectors and multiple industries.
  • Not essential but a bonus - Experience with CX cloud technologies (Oracle, Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, Microsoft, etc).
  • Delivered account revenue growth through solution selling.
  • Won net new logo revenue through consultative selling approaches.
