Role Description Our mission is to help customers save time and money when purchasing commercial kitchen equipment and supplies by providing a customer-centric shopping experience and leveraging our industry buying power. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our Amazon and 3rd party marketplace operations. This role will focus on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate has strong experience in e-commerce customer service, is highly responsive, and is comfortable navigating multiple systems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
