Lead Creative Producer
Social Discovery Group
• Drive the development of high-impact ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, and Google • Work closely with our UA team to deliver static and video ads that meet critical performance KPIs (CR, CPA, ROAS) • Lead and optimize the full creative production process for UA ads • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of static and video creatives • Define and evolve creative direction in partnership with UA and internal design teams • Leverage AI tools for creative ideation, asset variation, editing support, and workflow acceleration • Directly manage and mentor a team of Creative Producers • Promote AI literacy within the team • Analyze creative performance across all key metrics and iterate quickly based on results • Launch new creative initiatives aimed at improving conversion rates throughout the funnel • Serve as the Single Point of Contact for all UA creative needs • Identify and onboard external creative partners as needed • Own quarterly production plans and creative testing roadmaps • Regularly analyze market trends and competitor ads to inform creative strategy
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production, with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google
- Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance
- Proven experience driving measurable business impact — increasing revenue, ROAS, or conversion rates through creative testing, production, and optimization
- Proficiency with AI tools for creative production, optimization, testing, and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, N8N, Replicate, Lovable, etc.)
- Proven experience managing a creative team delivering high-volume, high-performance assets
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Creative intuition + data mindset — you know how to balance storytelling with performance
- Experience working with design teams, video editors, and performance marketers

• Prepare statements and communications for unit leader and producer bonuses in accordance with employment agreement terms • Review of new acquisition employment agreements for tracking unit leader and producer bonuses • Prepare statements and communications for acquisition bonuses in accordance with asset purchase agreement terms • Review of new acquisition asset purchase agreements for tracking acquisition bonuses • Setup of employee profiles in agency management systems with default commission rates in accordance with employment agreements • Preparation of monthly journal entries related to accrued bonuses and bonus payments • Reconciliation of unit leader and producer bonus general ledger accounts • Coordination with IT and agency management system specialists to ensure producers are properly coded to accounts at prior and post conversion into World agency management systems • Provide payroll or accounts payable with payment information related to producer, unit leader, or acquisition bonuses on timely basis • Prepare monthly producer draw reconciliations and related journal entries. Update tracking schedule for producers in draw deficit, to be presented to management. • Ad hoc projects as assigned by management • Maintain and update monthly schedule of all variable compensation employees and coordinate changes with payroll, HR, and other relevant departments • Coordinate addition of new brokers in our agency management systems with operations, legal, and regulatory affairs
