• Prepare statements and communications for unit leader and producer bonuses in accordance with employment agreement terms • Review of new acquisition employment agreements for tracking unit leader and producer bonuses • Prepare statements and communications for acquisition bonuses in accordance with asset purchase agreement terms • Review of new acquisition asset purchase agreements for tracking acquisition bonuses • Setup of employee profiles in agency management systems with default commission rates in accordance with employment agreements • Preparation of monthly journal entries related to accrued bonuses and bonus payments • Reconciliation of unit leader and producer bonus general ledger accounts • Coordination with IT and agency management system specialists to ensure producers are properly coded to accounts at prior and post conversion into World agency management systems • Provide payroll or accounts payable with payment information related to producer, unit leader, or acquisition bonuses on timely basis • Prepare monthly producer draw reconciliations and related journal entries. Update tracking schedule for producers in draw deficit, to be presented to management. • Ad hoc projects as assigned by management • Maintain and update monthly schedule of all variable compensation employees and coordinate changes with payroll, HR, and other relevant departments • Coordinate addition of new brokers in our agency management systems with operations, legal, and regulatory affairs

• Drive planning and execution of features in collaboration with cross-functional leads. • Coordinate and support the content production pipeline, including tracking, scheduling, and alignment across teams. • Ensure timely delivery of art assets in alignment with Art Direction and quality standards. • Identify and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to keep projects on track. • Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and efficiency in decision-making. • Propose and improve production processes in collaboration with discipline leads. • Facilitate communication, reviews, and asset delivery with external art vendors and outsourcing partners • Work with cross-disciplinary teams to define realistic deadlines, align on content needs, and allocate art resources effectively

• The Production Manager coordinates the scheduling, workflow, and logistics for the production of program, campaign, and fundraising materials across print and digital channels. • This role ensures publication projects move efficiently from approved drafts through copyediting, design, translation, and final preparation for dissemination. • Manages production timelines, routes materials through required review stages, coordinates internal staff and external vendors, and tracks deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and align with UCS editorial, branding, accessibility, and process standards. • Supports a collaborative editorial production workflow that includes editorial, copyediting, design, translation, and production functions. • Serves as the primary point of contact for program, Communications, and Development staff regarding publication of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Advises project teams on publication formats and appropriate dissemination channels based on project goals, timelines, and production considerations. • Develops and maintains publication production schedules in coordination with project leads and the Editorial Director; tracks progress and adjusts timelines as needed. • Coordinates and assigns writing, copyediting, translation, design, and layout tasks to staff or freelancers, and ensures required materials are delivered on schedule. • Finalizes projects for dissemination by confirming all required steps have been completed prior to release.
