• Act as the central point of coordination for the expansion of security services • Build and manage execution plans that support lead generation, outreach, and service delivery • Understand business goals and translate them into clear workflows, timelines, and deliverables • Keep marketing, sales, and technical teams aligned • Coordinate initiatives to enter new local and regional markets • Help define and package service portfolios for mid-market customers • Support outreach strategies targeting mid-market organizations as an entry point • Track progress, blockers, and results across expansion efforts • Build and manage task lists to support the creation of marketing materials • Coordinate inputs for messaging, campaigns, and service positioning • Ensure outreach activities align with service delivery readiness • Maintain visibility into what’s live, what’s pending, and what’s next • Understand how leads enter the system and where they go next • Coordinate between marketing, CRM, sales, and service delivery teams • Ensure leads are followed up, tracked, and moved through the pipeline • Identify breakdowns in lead flow and drive resolution • Run weekly check-ins, follow-ups, and execution updates • Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and timelines • Document workflows, decisions, and next steps • Serve as the “single source of truth” for initiative status

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Operations Lead
  • Strong exposure to marketing, CRM, sales operations, or service delivery environments (required)
  • Experience leading teams (required)
  • Experience supporting security, IT services, or MSP environments (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfortable owning execution without the need for constant supervision
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
