• Own Client Relationships End-to-End • Lead structured client onboarding (ICP intake, assets, SalesOS setup, clean handovers) • Run a tight operating rhythm: updates, Looms, reviews, decisions • Ensure every meeting ends with owners, actions, and dates • Communicate clearly, honestly, and early — no surprises, no fluff • Act as a Strategic Growth Partner • Connect client goals to campaign execution across Growth & Ops • Challenge assumptions constructively and back recommendations with data • Translate metrics into 3–5 concrete options clients can say yes/no to • Facilitate focused ideation around: New segments, New angles, New channels • Expansion opportunities • Turn winning ideas into a prioritized backlog with owners and success metrics • Drive Commercial Outcomes • Renewals: Own the renewal cycle end-to-end and close on time • Upsell & Expansion: Identify and shape expansion opportunities with clear ROI • Discovery & Objections: Run light discovery and handle objections with clarity and data • Referrals & Proof: Secure testimonials, case studies, and referrals once value is proven • Forecast Hygiene: Keep CRM notes, next steps, and revenue visibility clean and reliable • Scale What Works • Create and refine short SOPs and playbooks • Reduce noise, duplication, and unclear ownership • Close loops between delivery, feedback, and improvement
Job Requirements

Role Description The Project Manager provides management of design and construction related activities for capital projects as assigned.
