• Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple platforms and databases. • Support the software development and operational teams by ensuring data quality and accessibility. • Contribute to streamlining data management processes to enhance overall efficiency. • Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and completeness. • Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity. • Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence as needed. • Maintain organized records of data entry activities and report inconsistencies promptly. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related requirements. • Adhere to company policies and data security protocols at all times. • Assist with other administrative tasks related to data management as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or typing roles, preferably within the software or technology sector.
  • Exceptional typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with database systems is advantageous.
