• Accurately input and update patient and clinic data into electronic systems. • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with industry standards. • Support administrative processes to enhance clinic efficiency and patient experience. • Enter patient information, appointment details, and medical records into database systems promptly and accurately. • Verify and review data for completeness and correctness before submission. • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing electronic and paper documents. • Collaborate with healthcare staff to resolve data discrepancies and update records as needed. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and clinic information. • Generate routine reports and assist with data audits when required. • Contribute to process improvements to streamline data entry workflows.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within healthcare or wellness sectors.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
