Training Specialist, Retail Partnerships
Acosta
• Develop communication and execution approach of scaled training initiatives through various inputs and outputs such as associate in store tools (e.g. pocket guides), digital solutions, partner LMS tools, and overseeing the development of associate facing videos • Facilitate deployment of assets and materials through retailer learning platforms • Work with the leadership of Retail Partnerships team to deliver on sales priorities through training initiatives that ensure the highest business impact • Provide and maintain documentation of Google resources on partner properties to streamline ongoing updates and audits • Establish and measure associate engagement of learning assets, proactively recommending solutions to drive engagement • Provide monthly and ad hoc summaries/reporting of engagement, performance, and impact of programs and platforms / capture insights demonstrating the impact of training initiatives • Continuously improve and customize existing programs and courses, developing creative solutions such as contests and incentives • Utilize AI tools for innovation and efficiency, utilizing technology to pilot new and advanced approaches to training initiatives • Participate in planning conversations with Channel Sales Managers, Partner Stakeholders, and subject matter experts to further drive success across the channel • Consolidate and surface associate and partner feedback to drive improvement to training materials
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in education, training/development, sales training, or academic teaching
- 3-5 years of experience conducting sales training for a tech company with a sales team, or for a public training provider
- Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
- Experience with Adult Learning Principles and their effectiveness with retail associates
- Project management experience ideal
- Travel anticipated 2-3 times per quarter

Overview The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day account management for small to mid-sized clients that are routine/moderately complex client accounts.
