Job Description Job Summary The Dialer Administrator (DA) is responsible for administering day to day operations of the LCM dialer at our high-volume contact center. The DA is responsible for managing the predictive dialer system that controls the flow of outbound calls to customers. The DA will also be responsible for assisting with or providing reporting to our internal clients and collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine overall strategy. The DA will also be responsible for collecting and submitting requirements for calling campaigns and required telephony design related to our outbound calling campaigns and strategy. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Provide training to new dialer users. • Serve as a subject matter expert when working with other departments who leverage the dialer for outbound calls. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Perform daily uploads, downloads and importing • Complete other duties as assigned by the markets • Ensure and document for outbound dialer activity • Analysis of dialer-output data to identify potential problems/issues • Hours may include evenings and weekends • Create and update dialing campaigns, filter, list strategies and reports. • Monitor and adjust performance of dialer systems. Job Qualifications Required Education Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Experience 1-3 years outbound dialer experience. 1-3 years contact center experience. Experience with data analytics and/statistical analysis. Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Experience 3-5 years outbound dialer experience. 3-5 years contact center experience.
