• Convert qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, and events into paying customers. • Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients and partners. • Guide prospects through the decision-making process for programs, training, and retreats. • Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline within the CRM. • Track conversion rates and improve the sales process over time. • Sell premium programs such as practitioner training programs, retreat experiences, specialized courses, or consulting/institutional programs. • Develop strong trust-based relationships with prospective clients, identifying client needs and recommending appropriate programs. • Collaborate with leadership to develop revenue strategies and targets. • Provide feedback from prospects to improve offers, messaging, and pricing. • Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels. • Support launch strategies for new programs and offerings. • Ensure prospective clients receive thoughtful and professional communication. • Follow up with leads and maintain long-term relationships. • Support onboarding of new clients into programs.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
- Proven ability to close high-ticket sales ($2K–$20K+)
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to sell in a consultative, mission-aligned manner
- Experience selling education, coaching, wellness, or professional training programs
- Experience with community-based organizations or nonprofit partnerships
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
- Experience presenting to groups or organizations

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Account Operations, the Account Operations Manager is responsible for customer relationships, projects, and programs. Acting as the primary operations contact for a CoverMyMeds product portfolio supporting our pharmaceutical manufacturers' medication adherence strategies, this role is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, program and contract accuracy, and cross-business unit collaboration and consistency. The Account Operations Manager will be assigned customers and/or programs within the top 25 of overall customers and programs of a complex nature. The Account Operations Manager must be able to work effectively with individuals in both business and technical roles and should have the ability to manage contractual obligations of customers and navigate across the various functions of the business.
