Job Overview: The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for the joint marketing strategies that support sales pipeline and revenue growth with Civic Marketplace supplier network. The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of co-marketing strategies to grow revenue in designated supplier categories. The Partner Marketing Manager will optimize and grow current and new partnerships with key suppliers. You will be the first hire within our Partner Marketing team, owning our commercial supplier relationship and shaping the future of government procurement from the ground up Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Go-to-Market Strategy: Work on strategic GTM plans that maximize sales pipeline and revenue growth, including the setting of quarterly targets; identification of target customer segments, value proposition, communication channel selection and tactical execution of marketing/sales campaigns. - Supplier Engagement: Build strong relationships with supplier teams to ensure that Civic Marketplace Partners is top-of-mind for joint sales and marketing initiatives. - Supplier Enablement: Assist suppliers with onboarding to the Civic Marketplace network; provide resources, training and support to supplier teams to enable effective marketing and sales of Civic Marketplace contracts. - Supplier Messaging: Ensure that supplier marketing efforts including the preparation of documentation, FAQs, digital assets and campaigns which effectively articulate the value of Civic Marketplace contracts - Website: Ensure that supplier content on Civic Marketplace is up-to-date and continually being improved to drive sales leads. - ROI Analysis: Track campaign results to continually improve marketing and sales investments. Training/Skills/Experience: (Minimum relevant work experience for successful job performance.) - 3-5 years in marketing, ideally in a range of disciplines including content marketing, media production, email marketing, public relations and related functions. - Procurement Expertise: Proven experience in supplier management, preferably within cooperative purchasing frameworks or public sector procurement. - Experience in the local government cooperative field - Interested in thriving in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to make marketing decisions based on data and ROI analysis. - Experience working across teams to execute marketing campaigns. - Ability to craft powerful content and ensure consistency of message across all channels. - Demonstrated ability to discuss and present on marketing campaign performance with partners. - Experience working in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms to execute campaigns Why Join Us?
