Operations Coordinator

Cielo Talent

• Responsible for providing support to the overall Commercial Operations function and Commercial Client Services Leaders • Tracking and aiding in adhering to a variety of organizational deliverables • Auditing processes • Ensuring best practices are shared across leaders • Pull reports and data from organizational dashboards to provide to auditors • Track productivity metrics to ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLA) • Help monitor fill goals have been entered • Assist with & ensure teams are forecasting appropriately • Communication of progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to Service Delivery leaders and team members • Create and send weekly communication to Client Services Leaders ensuring adherence to different organizational deliverables and initiatives • Provide other administrative support to Commercial Operations and client services leaders as needed • Adapt global training materials and communications • Deliver localized training programs • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to encourage the adoption of new tools and methodologies • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations supporting process, training, documentation and technology within a global team
  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise Application Tracking Systems
  • Experience in a reporting or auditing (or related) experience, preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Eightfold preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, formulate and execute individualized plans for client success concurrently
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Advanced Excel knowledge preferred 2+ years
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience required
  • English (written and verbal) is mandatory with Spanish preferable.
