Payroll Operations Supervisor
Airgas
• Provide guidance on issues related to union dues contract administration • Provide as needed support for the Payroll Tax team • Responsible for coaching and development of team employees • Serve as the payroll subject matter expert for Union contracts • Ensure regulatory compliance in managing the Escheatment process • Manage the monthly operational calendar and processes for Payroll • Collaborates with Accounting to resolve payroll general ledger account variances • Monitor timely review and completion of payroll cases • Proactively anticipate customer needs
Job Requirements
- High School or Associates Degree
- 3+ years payroll experience
- Previous demonstrated experience US and Canadian Payroll taxes

Job Summary The Senior Payroll Administrator position is responsible for providing comprehensive support for payroll functions. This position will ensure accurate and compliant processing of payroll while uphold confidentiality and delivering exceptional service. Essential Functions - Review weekly and biweekly timesheets in electronic timekeeping system for compliance with Department of Labor laws and company policy, including a. Overtime rules b.
