Senior Manager, Regulatory Reporting
Scalable
• You will lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of our regulatory reports (including Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, Pillar 2, transaction reporting, and more), ensuring accuracy and timeliness • You will interpret and assess the strategic impact of new regulatory requirements, ensuring our reporting processes remain fully compliant • You will independently manage the continuous improvement, automation, and transformation of our processes, controls, and data quality • You will take full ownership of regulatory reporting aspects for high-impact, cross-functional projects — such as new product launches or expansion into new geographic markets • You will act as a key contact for internal and external auditors as well as regulators on regulatory reporting and related matters • You will provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous development
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in a comparable role within the financial services industry
- Experience with reporting processes required for market-making activities is desirable
- Degree in finance, accounting, law, or a related field
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and strong communication and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with large data sets and ideally experienced with SQL
- Previous experience with the Regnology/Abacus platform is a plus
- Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Excellent command of both English and German, written and spoken
