Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital engagement
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for building online communities and delivering strong user experiences
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in a remote environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or Sprout Social (preferred)
- Experience supporting healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brands (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-oriented approach (preferred)
