You’ll be a member of our core Business Intelligence strategic team with access to some of our most senior subject matter experts. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams including business development, data analytics, outreach and more to help shape and deliver the right story and approach to grow our work in this space. You’ll work hands-on with some of our top clients to provide advisory services and help our local teams track and present data in a visual way. What you will be doing: - Support the data analytics to refine segmentation models, score target accounts, and surface actionable insights that drive ABM and C&I-focused marketing strategies. - Perform regular QA/QC across customer, program, marketing, and account data, including reconciling fields across systems and validating logic used in automated processes and scoring models. - Support in building and improving data workflows, automated queries, and multi-source datasets that feed interactive Power BI dashboards used by internal teams. - Help monitor data integrity across systems and assist local delivery teams in defining and tracking key customer segments and target lists. - Support the rollout and ongoing refinement of Sightline analytics for commercial accounts. - Contribute to the evaluation of new tools or systems that enhance the enrichment and usability of utility business customer data. - Assist in managing project deliverables by supporting strategic B2B marketing and data initiatives under the guidance of senior team members. - Help develop templates and reporting structures to support full-funnel campaign metrics across marketing, outreach, and program delivery. - Maintain internal documentation and resources that support standardized data strategies and promote team alignment. - Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions, prepare supporting materials, and contribute to presentations and reports. - Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and support the creation of insight-driven narratives for internal and client-facing deliverables. What we need you to have (minimum qualifications): - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in data analytics, or a related field. - Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Experience developing data-driven reports and dashboards.
