Account Coordinator – B2B

• Support the Account Manager in executing day-to-day account activities across a high-volume B2B paid media programme • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal teams (paid media, creative, analytics, operations) • Maintain project trackers, status documents, and internal reporting to ensure visibility and accountability • Assist with briefing internal teams to ensure objectives, deliverables, and timelines are clear • Support budget tracking, invoicing processes, and vendor coordination under the direction of account leadership • Prepare client-facing materials, including agendas, meeting notes, status updates, and presentations • Attend internal and client meetings as appropriate; capture notes, actions, and follow-ups • Respond to routine client requests and questions, escalating to senior team members when appropriate • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the client’s business, industry, and marketing objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in an agency, marketing, advertising, or client services role (internships included)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Excel, project management platforms)
- Interest in B2B marketing and paid media, with a desire to grow into an Account Manager role
