• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for localization projects. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. • Serve as the main point of contact for all localization-related inquiries. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks. • Analyze existing localization workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Stay updated on localization trends and tools to implement best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Translation, Linguistics, Project Management, communication).
  • 5+ years of experience in PM, preferably in localization or translation services.
  • Strong understanding of localization processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA) and localization tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or Related Certification
  • Knowledge of internationalization (i18n) and Localization (L10n) best practices
  • Experience with Machine Translation (MT) and post-editing
  • Knowledge of Azure, Data Center or Training related tech translation is a plus
  • Knowledge of AIGC/LLM translation is a plus
  • Cloud Products / documentation Loc PM experience is a big plus
